COVID-19 Update and Your Support

SITECH’s Sydney Glendenning Branch has reverted to our highest level of operational restrictions and all non-operational team members are working from home, adhering to the NSW Government stay at home order.
In addition to this, we have limited customer branch visits to those required for parts and machine collection.
From Monday the 19th of July the following services will be operating:
PARTS:
Parts purchases will remain available, utilising non face to face channels.
To order parts for collection, please call our Parts Sales Co-ordinators 02 6788 2155 or email sales@sitechsolutions.com.au to book an appointment before attending any of our Sydney branches.
Parts supply from Trimble remain uninterrupted due to these restrictions, however, we will provide further updates relating to Parts availability and supply over the course of this week.
WORKSHOP AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
The workshop at our Glendenning branch will continue to operate at full capacity. Steps have been taken to ensure we do not put our team members or customers at risk.
Technical team members outside the impacted LGAs will support customers throughout Greater Sydney and surrounding areas.

SALES AND SUPPORT:
Visits to customer sites – except for construction sites – will only take place for essential reasons, and if we are required to visit, our team members will complete a hygiene checklist as a precautionary measure.
